Shipping policy

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems may apply that are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates.
Each individual Caddie Wheel unit ordered will cost US$59.00 shipping and handling to the continental USA and Canada. If a bracket kit is ordered along with the Caddie Wheel unit, there will be no additional shipping fee for the bracket kit.

If a bracket kit is ordered separately, a shipping charge of US$30 will be added for each bracket kit ordered.

Shipping option
Shipping services will be contracted with a reputable shipping carrier such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar type services.

All shipping parcels will be shipped using tracked ground or economy services. Tracking information will be provided via email once the shipping labels are created.

Duties/Customs Fees
We offer international shipping, however Duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applicable and are payable to the shipping carrier on delivery of your items. Brokerage services are provided by the shipping carrier. Caddie Wheel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the your responsibility as the customer. It is not possible to specify your own freight broker.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wp.caddiewheel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it promptly for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations about shipping to P.O. Boxes. To avoid delays, if possible, please do not request shipping your items to a P.O. Box.

Return policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, A CUSTOMER MAY RETURN A NEW ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND, LESS 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE, OF THE ITEM(S) PROVIDED THAT:

  • The item is new and unused.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The customer obtains a return label from Caddie Wheel.
  • The customer pays the cost of shipping it back to us. We either deduct this cost from your refund, or we will send an invoice with our discounted shipping rate. Once the invoice is paid and the item(s) are received at our facility, your refund will be initiated. (In some cases, this could take up to five business days.
  • The item was purchased from us directly on our website.

*If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete due to reasons outside of your control, we will cover the shipping costs to get your issue corrected and send your replacement item immediately. If you need to exchange an item for any other reason, we will split the cost of shipping the new item with you.

*Sales of used/refurbished items are final and not eligible for a refund unless the item arrives and is non-functional. If this happens, you must contact us within five business days of its arrival to initiate a refund.

*If your purchased item is delayed for any reason, you will have 25 days from the arrival date at your delivery address to request a return/refund.

We cannot refund used products.

*ANY PURCHASES MADE DURING BLACK FRIDAY OR CYBER MONDAY PROMOTIONS CAN BE RETURNED UNTIL JAN. 10TH USING THE SAME TERMS IN OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY.
